Dessman has filed a patent for a shopping method and system

Dessman has filed a patent for a shopping method and system based on the collaboration between door locks and unmanned supermarkets, addressing the issues of convenient shopping and security control in offline scenarios.

According to the patent abstract, this invention constructs a full-process closed loop of "owner input list - supermarket identity verification - payment authorization confirmation - payment completion feedback" through the deep collaboration between the smart door lock and the unmanned supermarket system.

Specifically, after the owner enters the shopping list on the smart door lock, the system automatically generates an improved multicast join message and sends it to the preset multicast address to complete the registration; when the authorized user enters the unmanned supermarket by face swiping, the supermarket door lock generates a verification request message and completes identity verification through multicast; after the user selects the goods, a payment request is triggered, and the payment machine generates a payment confirmation message and triggers the confirmation interface on the owner's side; after the owner confirms the payment, the door lock collects the payment QR code and sends it to the payment machine to complete the transaction, and finally sends a leave message through multicast to end the process. This design breaks through the strong dependence of traditional unmanned supermarkets on the network, and can still guarantee shopping convenience and payment security in offline scenarios.

As a local intelligent technology enterprise in Hangzhou, Dessman was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 360 million yuan, and has long focused on technological research and development in the field of intelligent security. According to Tianyancha big data, the company currently has 779 patent information, 242 trademark information, and has participated in 58 bidding projects, made external investments in 5 enterprises, and obtained 47 administrative licenses, showing strong technical accumulation and market expansion capabilities. The application for this new patent has further consolidated its technical barriers in the intelligent retail scenario.

This patent uses the door lock as a "connector" between the home and retail scenarios to achieve precise linkage of user needs, identity verification, and payment authorization, solving the pain points of traditional unmanned supermarkets such as inefficient identity verification and cumbersome payment processes in offline scenarios. With the promotion of the collaborative mode of "smart door lock + unmanned supermarket", it is expected to form a new retail ecology of "purchase on demand" in scenarios such as communities and office buildings in the future, promoting the deep integration of smart hardware and retail services.

Dessman's patent layout this time not only reflects its continuous innovation capability in the field of intelligent security, but also provides a replicable technical paradigm for the scenario expansion of the unmanned retail industry, and is expected to lead a new round of intelligent retail technology revolution.
