We offer 5-STAR FREE HOTEL ROOMS for OVERSEAS exhibitors&visitors with business cards，business licenses or other proof in hardware&lock-related industry.
About accommodations:
Hotel: SHANGRI-LA Hotel, which is next to the exhibition venue (within 500m)
Meals: Free breakfast is included in the accommodation. There will be lunch and dinner (non-free) in the hotel, you can also choose to go to restaurant nearby. If you have difficulty about language, payment or other issue, you can contact us anytime for help.
IMPORTANT TIPS
◆ Please make your hotel application at least 20 days before the exhibition.
◆ Free hotel rooms are only for OVERSEAS exhibitors&visitors, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
◆ Your hotel reservation may be cancelled if we didn't receive your air or train ticket info 20 days before the exhibition opens.
◆ Changes are not allowed after you submit your itinerary.

To submit the hotel application, you need to finish “Pre-Registration” first (if you have already made the pre-registration, ignore this tip).

We will e-mail you the result within 7 work days
For successful applicant, you will receive a "Hotel Confirmation Letter". Please print and bring it with you!
Check in at the hotel and pay deposit to the hotel
During May28-30, go to the fair ground, present the "Hotel Confirmation Letter" to the staff in INFORMATION DESK at VISITOR REGISTRATION CENTER 1, you will receive a "FREE HOTEL COUPON"
Show the "FREE HOTEL COUPON" to hotel staff and get your deposit back
