What is GA certification? Does a smart lock require a GA authentication code?
GA certification by the Ministry of Public Security, launched by the China Security Technology Prevention Certification Center, aims to serve the public security and social public safety industries. This certification has not only been approved by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, but its logo has also been registered with the State Administration for Market Regulation. The standard formulation of GA certification fully considers various usage scenarios, potential security risks, and technological development trends of smart locks, ensuring their scientific and rigorous nature. Compared with other unofficial certifications or industry standards, the authority of GA certification is irreplaceable. Based on national public safety needs, the certification process is strict, the standards are scientific, and it has extremely high credibility.
Technical requirements and security guarantees for GA certification: 1. Anti theft performance: GA certification places extremely high demands on the anti-theft performance of smart locks. A-level lock cores must not be opened by technology within 5 minutes, while B-level locks require 10 minutes. At the same time, there are clear regulations on the strength of the lock shell to ensure stability in case of illegal prying. These standards ensure that smart locks can effectively protect against various illegal opening methods and ensure the safety of users' homes. 2. Alarm function: The smart lock needs to have functions such as error alarm and anti disassembly alarm. Once an abnormality occurs, it can issue an alarm in a timely manner, allowing users to take quick measures. For networked smart locks, it is also required to be able to exchange unlocking information online with remote terminals, and have identity authentication and operation permission settings to ensure information security. 3. Environmental adaptability: The smart lock needs to undergo extreme environmental tests such as high and low temperatures, constant temperature and humidity, salt spray, etc., to ensure stable operation in various complex environments. Whether it is humid in the south or cold in the north, it can provide reliable safety protection. 4. Durability: GA certification requires that smart locks undergo extensive unlocking and locking operation tests to ensure that they will not malfunction during long-term use. This requires both the mechanical and electronic components of the smart lock to have extremely high wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and stability.
