Desman Smart Lock has been recognized by CNAS laboratory
Recently, the high-end intelligent lock brand Desman has successfully passed the recognition of the China National Committee for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and its testing center has officially obtained the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate. This means that the product quality monitoring and technical capabilities of Desman's testing center have obtained national level certification, and it also reflects Desman's leading position in safety manufacturing and technological innovation in the intelligent lock industry.
It is reported that the Desman Testing Center has been recognized by the national mandatory GB 21556 and the Ministry of Public Security GA374 standards for testing capabilities, involving testing parameters such as mechanical performance, durability stability, climate environment, functionality, and flame retardancy of electronic smart locks, covering more than 90% of the testing projects of smart locks.
China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) is a national accreditation body established and authorized by National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) in accordance with the provisions of the Certification and Accreditation Regulations of the People's Republic of China. It is responsible for the accreditation of certification bodies, laboratories, and inspection institutions.
Obtaining CNAS recognition means that its monitoring data and testing reports have national level credibility, which is a professional recognition of the company's testing capabilities in relevant fields. In addition, China's CNAS accreditation and international accreditation forum (IAF), Pacific Accreditation Cooperation Organization, Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (APLAC) and other international organizations mutually recognize each other. Obtaining CNAS accreditation means obtaining professional recognition internationally.

In March 2023, the Desman Testing Center for the first time imported the national CNAS accredited laboratory quality management system based on the CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and CNAS-CL01:A003-2019 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Electrical Field Testing Application Explanation.After six months of quality system operation, in September 2023, the Deshmann Testing Center officially submitted a CNAS accreditation application to the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.
On November 18-19, 2023, Zhou Yi, the chief reviewer of (CNAS), and Tang Minjun and Yuan Kefeng, the technical reviewers, conducted the first evaluation of the testing center of Zhejiang Deshmann Technology Intelligence Co., Ltd. The CEO of Deshmann, Li Xiuping, attended the evaluation meeting, and Tong Hui, the director of the Deshmann Testing Center, gave a detailed introduction to the various modules of the newly built laboratory.
During the review period, the expert group conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the management and technical elements in the operation of the Deshmann Testing Center in accordance with the CNAS accreditation criteria, through on-site questioning, record review, on-site demonstrations, and other methods. They confirmed the testing capability of the initial evaluation accreditation parameters of the testing center and formed an audit report.
In the end, the quality management system of Desman Testing Center was highly recognized by the expert group: "The testing process meets the operating requirements of CNAS standards, and all quality policies and objectives have been successfully achieved, passing this on-site review!" Tong Hui, the director of Desman Testing Center, said that the center will continue to use the highest standards such as CNAS standards as the cornerstone, improve testing capabilities, expand recognition scope, and ensure that Desman's products and technologies always lead the industry, continuously meeting the expectations of the market and customers.
