Check the battery level frequently, ask for timely after-sales service in case of battery abnormalities

At present, 3D facial recognition and video locks are very popular, and most of these products use lithium batteries to maintain battery life. However, in severe cold conditions, although the lithium battery compartment is located indoors, it can also be affected by low temperatures. Therefore, when using smart locks in winter, it is necessary to check the battery level of the door lock frequently. If the door lock uses a dry battery, it is recommended to use alkaline dry batteries as much as possible.
