A number of standards, such as the standards whose technical indicators have reached international leading levels and whose indicators have filled the gaps in hardware group standards at home and abroad, leading series standards, symbiotic excellent product series standards, and centralized procurement series standards are released to the public in a centralized manner. Recently, the 7th China Hardware Products Association Group Standards Conference organized by the China Hardware Products Association was held in Shanghai. There are a total of 28 group standards released this time, covering all group standards issued by the China Hardware Association since August 2021.

The main technical indicators have reached the international advanced level

It is understood that the China Hardware Products Association has released 28 group standards this time, including 4 kitchen and bathroom product series standards in the "Evaluation Specification for Silence Grading of Range Hood", 4 tool hardware series standards

 in the "Quality Grading and" Leader "Evaluation Requirements", 1 insulation cup standard, "Household Integrated Sink", "Hard Alloy Circular Saw Blade Base", and "Multi functional Pot for Highland Areas", the series of standards for the evaluation requirements of "Symbiosis Premium Products", "Special requirements for preheating function of household gas fast water heaters", "Household gas stove burners" and other three component standards, "Household uncoated non-stick pans" and "Quality technical requirements series standards for centralized procurement and similar kitchen appliances". The main drafting units and participating drafting units of the group standards released this time are industry leading enterprises, playing a crucial role in the process of formulating group standards.

Experts have revealed that the main technical indicators of the product standards in the group standards released this time have reached international advanced levels, even leading levels. The Leader series standards, Symbiosis Premium series standards, and Centralized Procurement series standards all provide detailed indicators for consumers and users to choose specific products. The centralized procurement series standards are a breakthrough jointly developed by the association and user units, which is still the first time in the group standards of the hardware association. It truly achieves the use of standards in the market, allowing engineering projects to choose high-quality hardware with standards to rely on and evidence to measure.

He stated that group standards have the characteristics of high, new, and fast, which are more suitable for the rapid development of industries. In recent years, in response to the issues pointed out in the State Council's "Reform Plan for Deepening Standardization Work", such as the lack of standards, aging and lagging behind, difficulty in meeting the needs of economic quality and efficiency upgrading, slow update speed of standards, low overall level, and difficulty in supporting economic transformation and upgrading and high-quality development, the China Hardware Products Association has actively collaborated with enterprises, testing institutions, and scientific research institutions to choose high degree of marketization, active technological innovation Cultivate and develop group standards in areas with multiple product standards. In the process of cultivating group standards, the Association formulates and maintains standards in strict accordance with the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Group Standards issued by the National Standardization Administration Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs to ensure the standardization, reliability and progressiveness of the standards and contribute to the construction of a new national standard system. Since the start of group standard work in 2016, 63 hardware group standards have been released. At present, based on industry feedback, relevant group standards are generally welcomed by industry enterprises, and through advanced standards, product quality has been improved, further promoting industry development. As of now, the China Hardware Products Association has selected 6 group standards (including series) as the "Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Hundred Group Standard Application Demonstration Project". It can be said that the China Hardware Products Association has taken the lead in organizing, formulating, and publishing group standards.

In the process of formulating group standards in the field of hardware, in order to enhance the market competitiveness of the standards, the association adheres to the principles of "high, new, and fast". High refers to reflecting the highest level of the industry, playing a leading role in the industry, and continuously promoting the improvement of the entire industry level; New refers to the use of the latest technology, and even the mastery and application of future industry-leading high-tech to serve consumers; Kuai refers to using the fastest way to express it and applying it to the industry at the fastest speed. Only by combining group standards with the needs of industrial development and meeting the highest level of technical requirements, can the advantages of group standards be maximized, and can they better serve consumers and lead the development of the industry in the widest range. Among the 28 standards released this time, there are the leader series standards, the symbiotic excellent product series standards, and the breakthrough centralized procurement series standards developed together with user units. The leader standards association conducts evaluation activities every year, releases the leader list, and vigorously promotes it in key industry activities. In the "Leading Upgrade, Excellent Product Entry" event held in September this year, the standards of the Leading Series and the Symbiotic Excellent Product Series were used as evaluation criteria, and high-quality products were selected for promotion online and offline through multiple channels, truly benefiting enterprises and consumers.

The promotion and implementation of standards will be strengthened

At present, the China Hardware Products Association has extensively carried out the formulation and revision of group standards in the fields of kitchen and bathroom, architecture, locks, tools, and other fields. This year, it has made a breakthrough in formulating and releasing the "Quality and Technical Requirements System Standards for Centralized Procurement and Similar Purpose Kitchen Appliances" with user units, effectively serving hardware enterprises and consumers, and leading the direction of technological development in the hardware industry, Accelerate the implementation of standards and their application in the industrial chain, taking new steps to improve hardware quality, improve product quality and consumer experience, and create an international quality benchmark for Chinese manufacturing.

Next, the association will focus on increasing the promotion and implementation of standards, increasing the influence of group labels, and making hardware group labels truly a trusted standard for consumers. At the same time, we will strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream industries, as well as with online and offline platforms, to establish excellent industry brands and launch better products for consumers. In August of this year, the National Standardization Administration Commission issued the "Provisional Regulations on the Acceptance of Group Standards for Recommended National Standards", which for the first time established a channel for converting advanced and applicable group standards into national standards. This will effectively promote the promotion and application of innovative achievements in group standards, increase the supply of recommended national standards, and improve the quality level of national standards. In the next step, China Hardware Association will actively carry out the acceptance of progressiveness and leading group standards that have been implemented for two years and have achieved good results in accordance with the requirements of the regulations.
