Although CNC has begun to become popular, there is also a significant gap in the products produced by various manufacturers, mainly due to the accumulation of experience and the use of tools.


According to professional CNC manufacturers in the industry, due to the rise of intelligent lock CNC technology in recent years, there have been more manufacturers involving with this technology. However, technology needs to be accumulated. Some manufacturers, due to their lack of experience, produce products with high costs, leading to an expensive and refined approach to intelligence. The accumulation of experience has also affected other aspects, such as the fact that CNC precisely-carved locks mostly use anodized surface treatment technology, which produces locks with excellent surface texture. However, if there is insufficient experience, there is a high possibility of color difference.


In addition to accumulating experience, there is also the collaborative use of tools. It is understood that the current mature CNC machining process for intelligent locks in the industry ensures maximum efficiency and cost minimization through the collaboration of multiple devices.As mentioned earlier, the cost of processing a whole piece of metal through CNC is relatively high, so currently, the most commonly used method is to use profiles to open modules, and then use CNC. It is reported that some manufacturers will use drilling machines, CNC lathes, high gloss machines and other equipment to process different components and processes. It is with the accumulation of experience and the collaborative use of tools that the CNC machining process has rapidly begun to mature in recent years. However, there is currently a significant gap in the comprehensive strength of CNC manufacturers in the industry, as in order to do a good job in CNC, in addition to experience, the equipment requirements are also very good. Looking at the consumer end, although the price of precision carved locks may be relatively expensive, with the recovery of the economy and consumer power, the texture brought by precision carved locks will definitely attract many consumers who have a higher pursuit of the product.


What needs to be worried about in the future may be whether the exquisite locks will fall into excessive involution, with the emergence of so-called low-priced customized products, allowing low-quality exquisite locks to enter consumers' homes.
