Guide plate
The guide plate is a piece of iron or stainless steel, which is fixed at the telescopic position of the lock tongue, and the lock tongue holes and fixed screw holes are distributed on it. It is an indispensable accessory for installing the intelligent lock.
The guide plate can prevent the wear and fixation of the door frame. All lock bodies are equipped with guide plates as standard. When installing the intelligent lock, the user provides the size of the door, and the manufacturer will select the appropriate guide plate according to the data. Generally, the common sizes of the guide plate are 24 * 240, 30 * 240, etc. the special one is the overlord guide plate, with the size of 40 * 388. Of course, there are some guide plates of other specifications.
Lock tongue
There are many kinds of lock tongue in the lock body, including oblique tongue, square tongue, cylindrical tongue, hook tongue, single tongue, square tongue, etc., but the function is the same, that is, connecting the door with the door frame to play a closed role.
Here we mainly talk about oblique tongue and square tongue. One side of the inclined tongue is a plane and the other side is an inclined plane. The opening direction of the door can be judged by the inclined plane.
There is also a cross lock tongue. Compared with the oblique tongue, the cross lock tongue has the function of triggering.
Both oblique tongue and square tongue have spring parts. The oblique tongue will retract under the external force of extrusion. In contrast, the square tongue will not retract due to external forces such as card or extrusion, so the safety factor is greater.
Square bar
Square bar, also known as square bar and square bar, can be linked with the lock body for unlocking, anti locking and other operations. Basically, each lock body will have a square rod hole.
The square rod holes of the lock body are connected in front and back, and some are not connected. The front and rear interworking lock body does not need to adjust the unlocking direction, and only one square rod is needed to unlock.
For the lock body that is blocked in front of and behind the square rod hole, the square rod outside the house is opened with a immovable lock body, which can only be opened in the house. In addition, the lock body will also have an anti lock square rod hole, which can carry out anti lock operation.
Therefore, when installing the smart lock, it is recommended to check the structure of the lock body before installation.
Inside the lock body
The red mark in the figure above is the transmission connection point of the lock body. As the name suggests, it mainly plays the role of connection and lock body transmission.
01. Anti lock button: mainly used for anti lock and limit the anti lock tongue.
02. Clutch: the clutch rotor is sleeved on the square rod hole, which can control the expansion and contraction of inclined tongue and square tongue. It is an important power transmission structure.
03. Heaven and earth hook: two groups of locking tongues protruding from both sides of the lock body are called heaven and earth hook, and its design mainly plays the role of "anti prying". It is recommended to remove the heaven and earth hook when installing the intelligent lock. It is not recommended to cut off the external locking tabs directly.
Electronic locks have more electronic components than mechanical locks, such as chips, motors, sensors, etc. The motor can drive the lock body to unlock, and the sensor at the lock tongue can sense the operation state of the lock tongue.
The internal structure of the lock body is not only those listed above, but also some more precise and compact parts. It is so many parts of different sizes and functions that constitute the overall structure of the lock body and ensure the normal switching of a lock.
