2. LAN networking technology. In addition to stand-alone smart locks, more are networked smart locks. The early networking technology of smart lock mainly connected the lock to the smart home gateway through ZigBee, and then the gateway connected to the router, so as to realize the cloud networking of smart lock; ZigBee mainly focuses on the camp focusing on smart home, such as security visual intercom enterprises.


However, with the entry of enterprises with different backgrounds, everyone has different opinions on the networking technology that smart locks should adopt. A&s it is found that at present, there are more smart locks using WiFi technology than ZigBee products, and they are mainly composed of it Internet and traditional lock camps; As the smart lock adds video and other data transmission functions requiring high bandwidth, WiFi has also become the best choice.


Some also use Z-Wave (like ZigBee, it is one of the mainstream technologies of smart home). However, there are few products using Z-Wave, which are mainly used in smart locks used in apartments and hotels to facilitate the integration of meter reading function. The fourth is RF wireless RF technology, but few products adopt this technology, which is generally used to connect front-end RF equipment, such as doorbell button.


Structural design analysis


Intelligent lock is a product with a single application scenario. The structural design of household intelligent lock, hotel / apartment intelligent lock and indoor intelligent lock is almost the same, and it has reached the stage of poor structural design innovation. The glass door intelligent lock has few products and low similarity. One is represented by "glass dog", which adds biometric and display screen on the basis of the original glass door lock, and the structure is not different from the traditional stripping door lock; The other is the two in one door lock form of "traditional glass door lock stainless steel structure + controller", represented by Shenzhen Haolish. It is the superposition of two products. In this category, the door lock controller is actually equivalent to the use of access control controller.


Patent stem, stiff design


The hardware structure of intelligent lock basically continues the traditional lock style, and there is basically no innovation in this intelligent lock. In terms of appearance and structure, it is basically composed of 6 parts (external): Biometric module, display screen, card swiping area, door opening handle, emergency power supply and key hole. Generally, the fingerprint identification module and the display screen are designed together and protected by a protective cover; The key hole mainly has two ways: front unlocking and bottom unlocking; The emergency power supply is changed from the original 9V power supply to USB port charging and unlocking; There are great similarities among products. The biggest feature of intelligent lock is biometric. Therefore, the style and installation position of biometric module have become the focus of patent competition. For example, fingerprint identification module is designed on the upper side, middle and handle of the lock. Since all positions have been applied for patents, there are very few styles that can be developed by factories after entering the site. In order to avoid patent competition, some manufacturers, The developed lock structure is nondescript and has a sense of hard patchwork, resulting in a decline in the biometric convenience experience of the product.


In terms of intelligence, most of them can recognize and unlock, but some enterprises have a low level of intelligence. For example, after certification, they still need to turn the unlocking tongue by hand to complete the door opening action.


Three kinds of installation structures in order to meet the needs of users without use, at present, three kinds of intelligent lock products with installation structures are mainly developed in the market. One is the common whole model, which is suitable for new users or traditional lock users with transformation conditions. This method has high cost. The second type is to replace the lock cylinder, such as Manshen's ilock A2 intelligent lock. This product is designed for users with modified shape. When replacing, you only need to remove the original lock cylinder and replace it with an intelligent lock with lock cylinder, while other hardware and lock panels remain unchanged, and you can easily upgrade to an intelligent lock. The third is the replacement panel type, that is, keep the internal hardware of the traditional lock unchanged, and replace the traditional lock panel with an intelligent lock panel to upgrade. Although the cost of the latter two methods is slightly lower than that of the first one, the gap is not large. The ex factory price of such products is about 700 ~ 1000 yuan / pair, and the main advantage is to save the construction volume.


Insufficient human design of face lock

The current face recognition modules are fixed installation modules and do not have the conditions to adjust the shooting angle. Generally speaking, there are two recognition methods: 45 ° recognition and frontal recognition. If there are old people and children at home, the design of face recognition lock is difficult to take into account people of different ages, resulting in difficulties in use for some people. For example, 45 ° recognition face lock is not suitable for children; If the front angle is identified, it is not suitable for adults if the installation position is low.


Main functions of intelligent lock


1. Certified unlock. The first mock exam of intelligent locks is mainly: fingerprint, finger vein, face, key, IC/ID card, CPU card, short distance wireless (Bluetooth, NFC), remote APP, password, nine kinds of door authentication methods, among which biometric identification is single mode, and multiple biometric identification composite authentication products are few. 3. Convenience function. Among all smart locks, the products with the most integrated functions are those that use WiFi networking and support face recognition. Generally, they will be integrated with wireless doorbell, video intercom, human movement detection, face capture, cat eye and other functions. In terms of the intelligent lock, some brands have realized the automatic unlocking function of authentication, such as one key to open the door and one key to close the door, which improves the intelligent experience.


4. Industry functions. For different industry applications, the smart lock function will also be developed accordingly. For example, the apartment smart lock can inherit the functions of three meter copy, lease term setting and automatic rent deduction; The hotel smart lock can automatically associate with the app application of passengers to realize the one-stop intelligent service of reservation, check-in, management, payment and check-out; Office intelligent lock can realize attendance management function, etc.


Intelligent lock technology bottleneck


Since the development of intelligent lock, it has made full use of current technologies such as semiconductor, program application development, wired / wireless communication network, biometric, hardware and machinery, and developed various product application forms. From a technical point of view, the development of intelligent lock has reached a bottleneck period, and innovation is beginning to be scarce, The main reason is that the application scheme design has strong breakthrough, otherwise the intelligent lock is difficult to form a large-scale rigid demand. Network security


There is a wise saying in the IT industry: wherever the network can reach, there are network security problems. At present, from chip to program design and network transmission, most brands have carried out strict data encryption technology, but they still can't resist hacker attacks. There was a hotel in a foreign country. In order to improve the passenger entry experience, the traditional locks in all rooms were replaced with intelligent locks. Authentication security


It mainly refers to the security of biometric authentication. Due to the replicability of fingerprint, the security level of optical fingerprint identification is low; At the same time, the authentication effect of fingerprints is different for different dry and wet skin. It is difficult to ensure 100% safety for the rejection rate and false identification rate; At present, the popular face recognition lock claims that even twins can be distinguished. In fact, even the world's leading face recognition algorithm companies can not achieve 100% recognition rate in specific scenes. Why can face lock surpass the achievements of basic algorithm companies? In addition, in terms of authentication rate, fingerprint identification and finger vein identification are mature technologies applied for many years, which can basically open the door at the second level; In face authentication, there is still much room for improvement to realize second level recognition.


Battery life still needs to be improved


Battery life is a bottleneck problem that needs to be solved urgently. At present, the commonly used batteries include No. 5 alkaline battery and lithium battery. If ZigBee and other low-power technologies are adopted, the battery life can last for half a year to one year; If WiFi transmission or video function is adopted, the endurance time is 1 ~ 3 months or even shorter. Such a short power life brings great inconvenience to the application, which is an urgent problem to be solved by the intelligent lock.
